MONTREAL RENT BECAME 10% MORE EXPENSIVE SINCE LAST YEAR

According to Zumper's Canadian National Rent Report, the price of one-bedroom in the city is, on average, $1,490, and the price of a two-bedroom unit is $1,910. Compared to last year, Montreal's one-bedroom unit prices have increased by 10.4% while the price of renting two bedrooms has gone up by 9.10%.
Still, we should consider ourselves lucky that in a bustling city like Montreal, we only rank 16th for rent costs.
